There’s something surreal about seeing your catering van pull onto the set of Coronation Street.
Recently, the Fancy Fries Yorkshire team had the opportunity to cater on one of the UK’s most iconic television locations in Manchester, serving up fresh food while the cast and crew worked behind the scenes on the legendary cobbles.
For us, it was one of those moments where you stop for a second and think, “This is actually happening.”
From early starts through to busy service, the day was brilliant from start to finish. The team kept everybody fuelled with hot food, fresh flavours and plenty of loaded fries while production carried on around us. It was a fantastic atmosphere and a great experience seeing just how much work goes into creating one of Britain’s best-loved TV shows.
